What should we do if the task shouldn't have been got to the next stage?
One of the questions on our team call was "what should we do if the task shouldn't have been got to the next stage?" e.g. The task gets to QA but the development is not complete.
The simple answer is this:

• Change the status to put the task back to the stage you think it belongs in

• Leave a comment explaining why you moved the task back and tag the owner of that column so they are aware
